Before ever going to see Dr. Sager I called and asked about pricing. They did charge the quoted price for the initial visit. However, after that it got to the point where it was a minimum charge of $242 just to pick up two renewal prescriptions for drugs I had been on for fifteen to eighteen years. ||Worse, it started out where I had to get renewal scripts 18-24 months, then twelve months, then five months. When I started with him, he promised he would not make me have to come in every year just to get script renewals since I had been on these two prescriptions for years with no problems.||Twice over the years I called about what I thought were outrageous charges. The office people would not answer questions. No matter the question, the response was, "So you want me to have the doctor call you?" over-and-over again. It was as if I were talking to an automated system. Both times I gave in and said yes have the doctor call me. ||However, Dr. Sager NEVER called back. Neither time.
Description of Work: He was my primary medical provider for years

The staff at Ashland Community Hospital was uniformly and consistently friendly and helpful. It is easy to get in for tests and procedures without a long wait. They genuinely care about patients as whole persons, not just the illness or injury to be fixed. Th staff does a very good job of explaining what will be done and communicating with patients.
Description of Work: I had surgery to repair a broken bone in my foot.

The doctor that I used, actually a nurse practitioner Katherine Stringer. She is in an office with an MD. She is the one that I see. She is just very personable. She is very personable and has the time to deal with your problems. She is very personable, very knowledgeable, she is kind, she is caring which is one of the best things. And the fact the office feels pleasant, the atmosphere in the office.
Description of Work: Ashland Community Hospital, I see a nurse practitioner there.
