Perrydale Homes Inc

I'd give Perrydale Homes a good rating. I've never had him do any work for me but I had him bid and I've seen the homes that he has done. He's real personable and we have seen some of his model homes. We got caught in a really bad situation where the builder that built for us did a really bad job. He's no longer around, the guy that built for us is gone. Mr. Kirby came in and helped us with some bids and stuff for the legal parts of our fight. We had seen his model homes and is a small business and he works really hard to do everything like it is supposed to be done. We were impressed. He stepped out above what he ever needed to do for my mom. He was very kind and very considerate. We still may at some point in time, we still may end up using him if he is willing to work with her. The only time I've ever known that he had an actual appointment, he was there when he said he was going to be. I've impressed with this man. I wouldn't hesitate to trust him to come in and work on my mom's house.

He is awesome. He can do everything from small jobs to home remodeling. He doesn't inflate prices...very reasonable. Does a wonderful job on everything. Just a really good guy.
