Cesar and team gave our kitchen a facelift and redid two of our bathrooms, overall we are happy with the finished product. He was very communicative which we appreciated. Towards the end we did fall a bit behind schedule, but overall we were satisfied with the price and quality of work

I was impressed when I first met Cesar, he listened to what we wanted to do for our remodel and his team was able to recreate what we envisioned. There were a couple of issues after the remodel was completed that needed to be fixed and Cesar made sure that they were resolved. There were also a couple of times when there was a contractor that did not show up or was late and we did not know that they canceled or were running late until hours later. I do have other areas of the house I would like to use Cesar and KNC in the future, I will just need to make sure that if they are running late or not coming to have them msg me so my husband or myself doesn't need to take time off from work.

Hiring KNC Renovations was the best decision we did after having a HUGE disappointment with the work a previous contractor did in our Master Shower Pan Floor. Cesar was courteous, direct, knowledgeable and extremely professional since the moment he came to our home to evaluate the issue. He not only provided a clear solution but also a complete and detailed scope of work and an estimate. Once we hired him and his team, he sent an email detailing the work schedule that was going to be followed indicating exactly what was going to be done each day. Needless to say, they executed and completed everything based on the provided schedule. Victor and Fernando exceeded our expectation in all the work they did, both of them behave extremely professional and were more than gracious to show what was being done and explain everything step by step. In addition, they did an amazing work taking care of the areas in the house where the work was being performed, to the point, that once they were done, everything was clean and taken care of. We will continue hiring KNC Renovations for any other work we might need in the future and therefor we highly recommend their services to anyone looking to do any minor or major renovation/construction work.
