He was fairly fast and had all the tools required for the job, plus had the new hose bib in truck to replace old outdated hose bib, which annoyingly leaked when turned on. He had to crawl under house and cut off old pipe and refit hole for newer updated pipe and bib. New one fit perfect. No leaks. Better quality product than the original. He actually had to step into our utility room to look at a pipe, and put on cloth overshoes to enter house. Obviously very considerate of our home. He was only 2 foot inside the utility room in in there for 20 seconds, yet insisted on putting on those overshoes to enter house. Was on time and efficient. Very pleasant gentleman and professional. Gave us a fully detailed bill of the work done. I know time is expensive, haven't ever had to use a plumber, so I thought price was a tad high, but I'm sure it is competitive. I called 3 plumbers on a Friday afternoon, 1 said they couldn't get to me for 2 weeks, another never called back and this guy said he could be out Monday morning, would call at 8 a.m. and he did. He confirmed I still needed his service and was here at 9 a.m. YAY! my leaky hose bib is fixed! He said it should last at least another 15+ years, (but don't leave a hose attached to it in the winter, which we never do anyway.)
