I highly recommend potential customers to AVOID this dealership. The stove has been installed for four months. During that time the stove has failed three times - once immediately after installation and two additional times. In all cases the mother circuit board and igniter required replacement. With this poor performance I have asked the dealership to either refund my purchase price or provide a different stove that works. The dealership refused my request. Instead, he has blamed the recurring problems on "bad power" and my failure to install a surge protector. I have never had problems with my other appliances, none of which have surge protection. I have asked for a warranty extension; this too has been ignored. In short, this dealership will not stand behind their products, preferring instead to blame anything and anyone else (including the customer) for defective products. Note: I have also contacted the manufacturer (letter, email and BBB complaint) with no response.
