Ron, the operator, was a joy to work with. He listened patiently while i explained what needed to be done. He agreed to dig an auxiliary trench that I thought of after making the appointment on the phone (this trench would drain water from in front of the barn). He also made useful suggestions during the course of the work, like connecting up a gutter downspout from the barn into the drainage pipe. He was very thorough and meticulous in the way that he performed the work, and used a laser level to ensure that the trench would flow downhill. After the trench was dug, and the pipe put in, he filled in the trench and mounded the earth along the trench so that when it settled it would be level. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
