RIVERS TREE CARE LLC

We hired Jesse to remove a walnut tree and grind the stump. We also hired him to trim and rejuvenate 100ft of Arborvitae trees. We paid him $3000 in advance, $1500 for the walnut tree removal and stump grinding and $1500 for the Arborvitae trim/rejuvenation. He cut the walnut tree down and started the stump grinding but never finished. We had to hire another business to finish the stump grinding. He never did anything to the Arborvitae trees. We turned him into Angi and started a complaint. He called me and pleaded with me to drop the complaint so that he could get work and be able to buy Christmas gifts for his child. I dropped the complaint because I felt sorry for him. He never showed up to complete the job we hired him to do. He didn't return any money. He owes us $1500 for not trimming/rejuvenating the Arborvitae trees and $400 for the stump grinding. Do not trust this person. He's a smooth talker but is not a man of his word.

I had 5 bids on the job of removing a 70 ft , fir tree, a 100+ year old willow, and a smaller hawthorn tree from my home (city lot). In the end I chose Jesse, and Im happy I did. Jesse is professional, kind, polite and thorough. Two days and everything gone and cleaned up! His crew was great as well. Everyone was very respectful. I had no previous ie, word of mouth knowledge, regarding Rivers Tree Care services. I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. WOW! Jesse's team offered exceptional quality, cost and timing for the job. From taking down a 60 ft. cottonwood to pruning a small japanese maple - Jesse did fantastic work. Jesse is a master gardener an extremely knowledgeable arborist. I can't say enough good stuff about his work and professionalism.

I was impressed with how fast they dropped this massive tree while avoiding so many obstacles from the house to the power lines and they still got it done in one day! It was awesome they did an amazing job at a fair price. They earned my business for life!

Jesse is the best! Not only was the work completed at promised but heâ s a masters gardener. He shared with me the names of plants we have in our yard that were incorrectly identified previously. We were told we had a weeping blue spruce but itâ s actually a blue atlas. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

Work was completed as scheduled. Jesse and Randy are pros when it comes to tree removal. They work safely. No damage to surrounding property. Cleaned up the area when finished. I would definitely use this team for tree trimming or removal again!
