Superb! We could not have asked for better service. The office staff and technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely call them for the next pumping.

The service appointment went very well. The office scheduled the call with about 48 hours notice with a 2 hour service window. The office called with about 20 minutes notice that the driver was in route and arrived at the beginning of the previously advised service timing window. The driver was polite and professional and completed the entire service in about 1 hour even in light rain. The service did not include any digging by Ray's Septic, as I previously uncovered the riser for access and covered the riser later in the day after the service was completed (wanted the rain to stop!)
