We were very disappointed in the work they did. We had to retexture almost all of it. When we showed it to them we were told that they didn't know we wanted them to spend the time to do it right and they gave us a small thing of drywall mud I had to go purchase a bucket of mud to redo their work. I didn't realize I should have gotten another bid to have the work done right. I took the cabinets and counter tops out myself and put the pocket doors up myself to save some money but when the bill came in there was no discount because they didn't bid the electric correctly. When they put the drywall over the pocket door frames they installed they put to long off screws so it gouged the door when I opened it. I has to have them come out and fix that and the holes around the recessed lights. When I asked them for a discount for us having to fix the texture on the walls he said I have came out to repair their screw up and didn't charge me for that. He would not have had to have them come out if they wouldn't have screwed it up. I would not recommend this company after my experience. It may have been a decent company at one time when Rick was there but not since Pete took over

They were really wonderful about cleaning up the site before they left at the end of the day.

Rick Pyburn worked with us to generate the bid; he was punctual, thorough and professional. We are confident that he would have done an excellent job, but we chose another contractor who likewise seems very competent.

Rick Pyburn was quick to provide an estimate for the work. Understood my plans well, got his subs involved and appears his estimate is spot on. Once we signed a contract, it was a bit delayed in getting the work started. However, you want the contractor that's busy, not the guy waiting for your call to start tomorrow.
Once the job was started..... WOW!!!! These guys are AWESOME!!! Pete Pyburn and his guy, Paul, were here on time every morning. They worked when they were here and did not goof off. They flew through the job and it was done much quicker than I thought it would be, even with a couple of delays for siding and two windows. The completed product is absolutely OFF THE CHARTS! It looks great and is exactly what we pictured when we decided on the job. The subs they used were just as good. The concrete guy was exceptional, electrical was outstanding and drywall finishing was very good. I painted and laid new flooring myself, so I am unable to provide any feedback on those areas. The finish work that Pete and Matt(?) did was OUTSTANDING! He matched the old woodwork in the house well and installed it as well as any contractor I have ever seen.
In conclusion, hire these guys for any job they will do for you. You will not be disappointed, other than they will be so busy you may have to wait. But, the wait will be worth it. The master bath is next and I probably won't even call anyone else; I'll just call Rick and then get Pete to do the work.

They were excellent. They were on time and kept me completely informed. They followed through with everything until the completion of the job. There were no problems with having them there.
