The technician arrived as promised on July 17 and diagnosed the problem. He then ordered the parts and returned on July 27 to complete the repairs. The cost seems reasonable and the technician was professional and competent.

The technician was delayed due to longer time spent at the previous appointment. I chose to pay for the thermostat and wait for the repair as the refrigerator worked after I turned it off for 10 hours to let the ice melt. It is working for the time being. The shop manager was very pleasant and gave me no problem when I chose to delay the replacement.
