Description of Work: Living Room Remodel. Stripped old wall/ceiling covering. New drywall, texturing and painting. Added new lighting and updated electrical receptacles and switches. Installed ceiling fan provided by owner.

 + -1 moreIt was the busy, summer season when we hired this company so we needed to wait a couple of weeks for them to schedule our work. They were great communicators via email regarding scheduling and sending the bid. Tony Nova was willing to speak to me by phone to answer any questions. One of their administrative staff Krysten was very helpful with specifics on the invoice so that the work completed was explained clearly to any future buyer of our home. Their crew were on time, professional, friendly and hard-working. I would happily recommend this company to anyone in the future.
Description of Work: We had a home inspection done in preparation of selling our house. We had some work that needed to be done in our crawl space. I made several calls and initially could not find a contractor willing to do this work. The Willamette Valley Home Builders Association helped me by emailing several of their members and NOW Builders responded to them and said that I could contact them and they were willing to do this type of work. Their bid was almost half the price of another bid we received. Although still costly, we decided to hire them because of their more reasonable price and willingness to do the work. Their crew replaced a damaged mudsill located under the house and replaced it with new pressure treated material. The inspection report identified some damaged floor joists - they repaired these joists. Finally, they installed posts & beams under several previously sistered joists to provide proper support.
