 + -1 moreAnother trusted contractor, came out and problem-solved the issue. He supplied a bid as promised, and did a fantastic job repairing the issue.
Description of Work: Work needed was to repair inadequate patio door installation from home construction, which was originally built by this contractor 6 years prior. The back patio door leaked during severe rains. The contractor inspected the problem, came to an incorrect conclusion about the problem, and was never heard from again after promising an estimate for repairs. Our follow-up calls were not returned.
