Neighbor's Lawn Care

David and his people are awesome. I have used them since moving in. They are prompt, polite, responsive, and were it not for the sound of the equipment, I wouldn't even know they were in the yard, but afterward it's obvious that they have been there with everything so neat and tidy. They think I don't notice ;-D but they get into the details, as well. Example: water puddling near the foundation -- small troughs are set in the mud to help drainage. Trees have leaves coming out at lower areas, looking untidy and not appropriate for long-term growth on tree -- gone! Whatever they use for seed or fertilizer on the lawn is safe for pets. I have 2 dogs and they never have had a reaction to anything put on the lawn. Thank you!!!

Neighbor's provides us weekly,  ongoing lawn and yard care.  They are tasked with keeping the lawn  mowed, occasional gutter cleaning, and very light  trimming of our one large evergreen.  I have asked questions and received answers regarding our sprinkler system, as well.  We have recently fenced the yard and they haven't missed a beat is working around our new installation.

They've mowed, dethatched, reseeded, edged, pruned pear tree and arborvitae hedge.  Also power washed our brick patio and applied very nice hemlock to our beds.  If I need some aspect of yard care they're right there to help.  Also contribute design ideas!
Of course some of what I've listed is in addition to the basic lawn care price of $113 a month which is the cost for someone who signs up for their services on an annual basis.  They do an excellent job and are reasonable priced. I recommend them!

David and his colleague spent 5 hours clearing out, trimming, removing debris, rocks, filling holes, spraying weeds,
redefining the flower beds and using the chips as mulch. The temperature was in the 80's the day they came.
They finished the job in one day.
The results were so worth the cost. They were on time and did a great job. David gave me good ideas on how to develop and maintain the yard.
Good job at a great price.

He came to the house. Asked how I heard about him (through local paper) I told him my needs for my yard and he has been working on them. I have a huge yard and it needed a lot of care since the previous owners didn't take care of the yard there was a lot to do.
