.kristien p.  from keller w groups used my inexperience against me and for her own advantage.The groups was more supportive for the saler then for me.he also was a  agent and was doing his own sale....The keller groups did not investigate the property .This cost me so much money,after I moved in The HOA fee went up that month from 100 a month to 311 a month,the company suggested a guy to inspect the home and he missed approx 2000 worth of things that needed to be fixed.
she made comments to me like "oh he does have much money but he is giving money toward the closing cost " "oh poor guy he was so busy and not able to fix things"...
The company was so busy and just cared about pushing my sale through so many people i had to deal with.i WILL NEVER ! use this company again.its only been a year and the neighbor hood is so bad and the management is so unreasonable

the agent was so reactive and hyper verbal .......but she could not help it because she was so busy and just wanted to push things through to get a sale

the group had an agent kirsten and the gal  linsey that showed the homes to me .
that was the worst ,she knew nothing about the properties and could not answer important questions.she asted put off when ever i scheduled to see a home.when i BOUGHT a home so many things were wrong with it.The agent did not even try to lower the price for me .then come to find out i had a large amount of HOA fees to pay each month.
never will use the groups again !They had so many different people working with me i was so confused !i felt they were advocating fo rhim and was worried that he get the best deal thne me.i n the mean time i got totally taken advantage of.
