Jeff's crew were conscientious and skillful. They kept us well-informed, offered alternatives, and were always happy to answer questions. They did a high quality job, even going the extra mile, like spraying the carpenter ants they discovered. They kept the work site clean and organized, which is always a bonus.

Jeff and his crew are very skilled at construction and detailed oriented. They knew exactly what had to be done to finish building our new home and made sure that the work was done right. They handled all the arrangements with new and old subs, as well as making sure the inspections were called appropriately. They took the time to explain the problem areas that needed correction, and made good suggestions on the details needed, based on the location of the neighborhood. The reason for the B in price, is that it cost us more than he estimated it would cost his time to finish the project, because coming along as a second builder, he could only charge by his time and material. We would have liked to have had a general bid for the entire project up front, but we were lucky to have someone of Jeff's high standards agree to finish the project in the first place and that was the way he wanted to do business. It took them extra time to complete all the items needed to get the project near completion. We found it easy and educational working and communicating with Jeff and his crew.

Jeff and his crew removed our old rotten patio, saved the wood that was good so I can build garden beds, and stacked it neatly on the side of the house. They removed all the rotten wood. They built the new patio cover, out of pressure treated wood, and raised it higher than our old one, so our visibility would be better. They cleaned all the moss off the roof, making it look new. They cleaned all the gutters. When they were done they cleaned everything up.

Great!!! Jeff and his team who worked on our project (Kurt and Sequoia) are very skilled, professional, and fun to work with. Working with old houses like ours (vintage 1952) isn't easy, but they faced each challenge with competence and humor. I highly recommend them for any home remodeling needs!
