Justin did a phenomenal job on our 2 bathrooms. He did tile flooring in both and a tile surround for the tub downstairs and tile shower upstairs. We chose a wavy subway tile in herringbone pattern for our downstairs tub surround and WOW! Everything he did was beautiful and well above our expectations.

Justin Gish was scheduled to install a marble backsplash in our new kitchen on Monday & Tuesday October 25 & 26, 2021. Justin finally showed up on Tuesday looking as if he’d had a rough weekend. He had detailed AutoCAD drawings that we’d provided them 6 months earlier in hand that specified 3"X 3" marble stone tiles set diagonally across the entire length of the backsplashes. After paying half the cost up front and waiting 6 months for the work to be done, Justin told us he was too busy to cut the larger 12" X 12" marble stone tiles they’d chose to order into smaller 3 X 3 stone tiles. We asked why they chose to order larger marble stone tiles than the size called for in the plans... Justin snapped saying he’s not doing this job. He said he has other people waiting for his expertise and cutting these tiles would take him all day (even though the job was projected to take 2 days). We asked him if he had looked at the AutoCAD drawings ahead of time and that the drawings show the quantity, size, and positions of tile… he said yes and he that he didn't care because he doesn't have time. Justin’s said he’s a busy man. We told Justin that's fine and we wouldn't want him working on our new kitchen if his heart isn't in it...and we certainly don't want a crappy job. After looking at pictures of Justin's past jobs, the edges in his finish work, the unevenness of his borders we realized Justin wasn't capable of installing a diagonal pattern of small marble stone tiles.

He did a beautiful job. He was very reasonably priced. I had several bids and he was near the bottom.

When I initially contacted Justin he was vey busy on a big job in Bend, Oregon, but he said that he would be free in about a month. I told him that was OK and fit within my schedule. About three weeks later he was able to meet with me at the house, and we went over the project. He said that it looked like a pretty straightforward project, and that if I would get the materials together for him he could do it the following Saturday. I managed to get the tile, but I got the wrong grout and I forgot to put the backer board in the bathroom for him. However, I left a message for him on his phone on where to find the backer board out near the garage, and he was able to find it and use it. He also brought the correct grout.

The job he did was great! I had chosen a tile composed of small white squares and octagons, and I had asked him to use a dark grout. The result looks very old-fashioned, and several visitors have commented that it looks like the tile is original. His craftsmanship was excellent; he had to do a fair amount of cutting to make the tile conform to the irregular shape of the tub and the toilet opening, and it all looks very good. All in all, this is something I wish I had done years ago.

Justin went above and beyond. Originally, I was going to install the backerboard. For various reasons, Justin (and his assistant) ended up doing it, and charged me no more money than he had originally quoted. His price was excellent. Justin came exactly when he said he would, and finished the job on time. The tiling is all very well done - level and straight. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

We spent about $3,000 on that work. It turned out absolutely wonderful and it was beautiful.

The entire experience was excellent. The quality of work was excellent. The price was more than reasonable and significantly below the five estimates we received. All aspects of the job were completed as promised, on time, and at or under budget. Justin's technical skills are superb and his easy going nature makes him a pleasure to work with and have in your home. Highly recommend, without qualification.

Justin had the lowest bid of 5 contractors but the highest ranking on Angies list. He spent 4 days cutting and installing tile. He was right on time every day. Unlike other contractors we have had, he spent very little time on the phone. He had estimated 4 days and completed the job within his estimate. He provided pictures of previous work and names for us to call. We plan to all him for additional work.

The only issue I had was the dust created. I suggested that next time he warn the people before he starts sawing grout and tile, so that we can lay a sheet of all the kitchen stuff! Otherwise, he did a great job.

Awesome experience. Justin gave us an estimate for labor only, we purchased the required supplies. He was trying to work without budget and didn't want us paying for his time to purchase. Justin arrived on Monday morning 10 minutes earlier than expected. He removed and disposed of our pergo floor working into the evening. The next morning, he arrived on time and installed our new tile floor. The following morning, arriving on time of course, he grouted the floor. His work is great. My husband does tiling and is a perfectionist, he was impressed with Justin's work.
