Randy, the gentleman servicing our AC, was amazing. Very kind and so quick. He found the issue almost immediately and explained it very simply and even showed me what was wrong. He then did some additional servicing and cleaning while he was working. To top off all the amazing service was the very reasonable price. It was super appreciated. Also, he was also able to get us scheduled and came out in less than a week. 10/10.

I needed to have an annual checkup on my heat pump so I called Expert Heating and Air Conditioning. I really appreciated that Randy took the time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions.

My AC stopped work. Randy came to diagnose the problem and provided the fix proposal promptly. Randy exchanged the AC and fixed the problem on the schedule he proposed, which was only in two days after the diagnosis. After the service, he provided me the instruction for how to get the parts warranty with the vender. He was very professional, hard worker (the day when he worked outside was over ~85F) and his pricing was very reasonable. We were so happy with his service and help. We will definitely call him again for any issue of our A/C.

I delayed calling for repairs to avoid after hours or emergency fees. I found Randy, at Expert Heating and Air Conditioning through Home Advisor on a Tuesday, he was at my home Wednesday and my new furnace was installed by midday Saturday at a far lower price than I had braced myself for. My only regret was that I hadn't called earlier. It turns out this small business owner doesn't charge for after hours or emergency calls. Incredible!!! Again, I would recommend this company highly.. I called Randy of Xpert Heating and Air Conditioning with several issues with our gas air heating system and he came out the same day. He went the extra mile to explain three issues with my system, suggested cost effective solutions, discovered a potentially disastrous issue I did not even realize was occurring and got our furnace up and running. He also showed me how to replace the condensate pump so I had the option to purchase the part online. This saves me a considerable amount of money. However, he is more than willing to come back and install the part free of charge if I prefer he does it. Randy was professional and stayed on task, completing all the work in an hour's time. He gave us several options to save funds until we can repair/ replace our very expensive filter system. I have found it progressively difficult to find reliable, professional, honest service from individuals who really care about customer service. We have found that with Randy and we are looking forward to becoming a loyal customer. His 30 years of experience along with pride of ownership of his own company make Randy the best in the business.

I called Expert Heating and air conditioning when I was having trouble with my mini split system that I had installed myself. Randy was very helpful over the phone and didn't try and make me feel stupid for doing the install myself. Randy told me he could be at my house first thing in the morning and quoted me a very fair, much cheaper than another local AC company had quoted me. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the repair and my unit works amazing now.

The contractor was highly professional, very well mannered, and managed to explain everything in a way that even I could somewhat understand what needed fixed. Although I would always hope and expect a contractor to perform their duties as such, this one in particular caught my attention when I noticed he was cleaning my electronic filter. He also cleaned out the inside of my central air conditioning unit, and even took the time to clean all the area around my AC Unit. Overall he seemed like a very honest person, and was very friendly from start to finish. I'm very satisfied.
