My wife and I are first time homeowners, and when our dryer started taking forever to dry our clothes, my wife did a bit of research, and asked when we last clean our dryer vents. We’ve lived in our home for nearly 5 years. Yikes! I did a bit of research and called a few different companies for quotes, and I was immediately struck by Mark’s professional and friendly tone. I asked him when he would be available, and he said the very next morning. During our appointment, he was extremely courteous, wore shoe slips, gloves, and a face mask. He even when above and beyond just cleaning my dryer vent, and cleaned the motor and blower on the inside of my dryer. I will absolutely be recommending Mark to any friends or family that need this type of service.

Very honest company. Came out, updated what high end appliance install had done incorrectly a year ago and removed unsafe vent cover another contractor installed which was causing issues. Explained air flow and showed me it doesn't need cleaning, instead needed corrections. Very happy with service! Will use them for future needs forsure.

Dryer Vent Wizard was a good choice for me. I learned quite a bit more than I knew about the venting of a dryer and the importance of it being clean. It was a little pricey, as I opted to have them replace my older dryer hose from the dryer to the wall with a new one made of stronger material so it can't get crushed as easily, but now I have no worries about the safety of my dryer. All in all I am very happy I contacted them and used their services. I definitely recommend them.

Mark got right back to me after my initial inquiry. They arrived right on time, looked at our system and did the work in a timely and quality manner.
