We have very old carpets (20yrs) and they hadn't been cleaned in about 3 years. It looked absolutely beautiful. David even came back a couple of days later and did some touch ups on some of our trouble spots and it completely removed them. When our families came for the holiday they couldn't believe how nice everything looked. We will definitely use David again.

They were prompt. They left no mess of any kind and the grout was satisfactorily cleaned. Their price was okay.

Very punctual, and called before he arrived. About 400 sq. feet and 11 stairs cleaned. I moved all the furniture so it was a quick job. Very well done. There were some lumps in the carpet after he was done but he assured me that as it dried it would lay flat and he was right. Excellent price and I would use them again.

We called, set an appointment, he came as scheduled. He worked quickly but thoroughly.
The next job I'll have him do is on berber rather than the standup type carpet so will do an update in a few months.
