4-1/2" hole was straight, but drilled 1-1/4" higher than was marked. One of the 3" holes was slanted down and to one side, just barely will work for 2" pipe. The 1/2" anchor bolt holes were drilled poorly and are over-sized -- too big for the anchors to bite. Arrived without the 1/2" bit, even though I gave the specific hole sizes when I called to schedule. Used my ladder and left it and the floor a mess. When I called afterwards to discuss the problems, the guy on the phone became abusive.

They came out when they said they would, cut the holes, left the place cleaner than they found it. I am very happy with the work done.

It went very well overall, after a scheduling problem. One of their jobs went over a day and they neglected to inform us that they would not be their on the scheduled date. After an hour of waiting I called and OOPS, sorry we messed up. I insisted that they come out the next day, and they did, on time.

Fantastic. We actually had two separate jobs done, and they show up on time, get the job done very well and leave the job clean. Would definitely use them again!
