They were very prompt with coming right out to see what the problem was (within an hour of calling). They seemed to give a fair bid and came in under what they quoted. They kept me informed in the process the whole way through. A subcontractor was used by them to bore a line under the house. Weather did delay the fixing of my burst water line, but that was out of their control. I was satisfied with what they had done with the exception of a small problem of hooking water up to my front outdoor facuet.

We had a water leak that was determined to be coming from our old water heater.
We contacted Brass plumbing for an estimate on replacing the old water heater.
We received an estimate which we accepted.
Arrangements were made to have the work done at our convenience.
The plumber arrived on time and performed the work in a very professional and friendly manner.
The old water heater was hauled away and the replacement water heater has functioned
perfectly.

It is a family owned business. They are very prompt, friendly, and clean; they clean up after themselves and are particular about the house even if it is an old house. They are good people and they do good work. They are very reasonable too.
