We hired Blue Star two years ago and had such great service that we called the company again recently. We had the same great experience this time as well. In both cases we asked for the $99 special (2 rooms plus hall) but then ended up adding on rooms and stairway and thought the total amount paid we paid was very reasonable for what we got. Our 15-year old carpets look SO much better! Stains that have been there for two years disappeared. We were considering replacing them but now we don't have to. Friendly, professional, prompt, flexible service. We highly recommend Blue Star.
