The Provider was a floor company, AMJ, who promised to correct several boards in the Master Bedroom. The Provider, Atticus, tore out existing boards and attempted to re install with owner provided material. The job was botched with boards sitting on angles and raised up from the floor. There are hammer marks on the floor surface where they tried to bang them in but the boards were damaged. It was glued and nailed so boards are a trip hazard. The work was one day. We sent images to Atticus and he sent ten replacement boards. The damage remains and it will be a costly repair. Atticus looked to find a competent installer but has not been successful. Now it is six months later and this must be completed. We had no choice but to move in and set up our four poster bed which will also need to be moved now to fix the floor.
