Service was quick and very professional.

well replacing motor did not fix problem..did not seem to know how to repair.  Wanted to try replacing another part at our expense.  His add in the local paper promises that he does not charge you unless the appliance is repaired.  This is NOT true.  He would not refund our money.  Will never use again!

Ad in local paper states " If I do not repair your appliance I charge you nothing." Not true. He still charged us $250.00 but would not return our money after he did not fix our dryer! Very frustrating experience and will never use his services again.

Perfect, he was in and out in 20 minutes.  Professional, on time, and quick!

Tim diagnosed my repair on the phone. (I had called several others Closer to my home with no answer) Anyway, so pleased with The prompt service and the pricing for the job. Would highly recommend Tim to anyone. I will definitely use Yukon appliance center again.

My front load washing machine was an and quot;F-Hand quot; error and would not run. I called Tim and he was out there on the same day that afternoon. He had me duplicate the problem and diagnosed it immediately. Basically, it wasn't filling up with water fast enough because of all the hard water gunk that accumulated over the 8 years. He then replaced the valve control and it was up and running within minutes. After the repair was completed, he offered me some very no cost and low cost preventative maintenance tips on my appliances. I really appreciated him sharing that knowledge. Bottom line - same day service, reasonable cost, and expert repair has me definitely using Yukon Appliance Center in the future.

I called and spoke to Tim and described the problem with my oven. We set a date and time for service. Tim showed up promptly, and called prior to arrival (as we have small children it helps). He introduced himself and he set out to repair my oven. After a diagnoses he said more than likely it one of two things, the thermostat probe or the circuit board. (I already knew this from my prior research) He said he would recommend first trying the thermostat probe which of course is cheaper. He replaced the probe and it seemed to check out while he tested it in my presence. My wife tried to bake something later (prior to waiting to cook Thanksgiving dinner) and it ended up doing the same thing. I called him back and explained it was still doing it and he said it must be the circuit board. He ordered the board and was soon right back out and had it replaced. He took off the price of the part that I had purchased previously since it was not the problem. I actually felt really bad about that since he came out a couple times but he wouldn't have it any other way.
He could have easily started with the high priced part but he didn't. I respect that he wanted to do the process of elimination and started with the less costly method. You don't find that very often. I was honestly very skeptical about having my oven repaired as I had some bad experiences with previous repairmen. I was afraid it would cost as much as a new oven might cost. Glad I found him.
I feel Tim was a very stand up and respectable person and was very knowledgeable in his job. I will definitely have him back for any other appliance repairs in the future. Thanks for saving our Thanksgiving Dinner!

I called the Company and left a message on the automatic voicemail. I was called back approxiamately 20 minutes later. The repairman managed to come out to my house within one hour of our phone call. He had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes of inspecting the washing machine. He then called his company on the phone to get a price on the parts needed to repair the machine. He informed me of the total cost to repair the washing machine, and how long it would take to get the parts installed. After discussing the details, I decided to just buy a new washing machine, so he didn't charge me for the service call, and left courteously.
