 + -1 moreIt was a wonderful experience. Marci helped us from step one all the way to the closing and was positive, professional, and caring. She went out of her way to help us with anything she could, from the loan, to multiple showings at all hours and days of the week. She was always available when we called or emailed, and worked tirelessly for us on contracts. Two fell through but she helped us remain positive and found us our dream house in a few days time. She knew extensive information about school systems, ratings, neighborhoods, etc. She did extensive research on each of the homes she showed us and we felt like we were getting to work with a genuine person who loves her job and helping her clients.
Description of Work: We worked with Marci Andis, who is the broker and realtor for Welcome Home Realty. She was extremely professional and worked with us for several months to find the exact home we wanted at the price we wanted. She also set us up with Cornerstone Home Lending that helped us get a loan as first time homebuyers. She is full of knowledge, having been in the real estate business for over 25 years. She arranged numerous home showings that worked with our busy schedule. She is family oriented and understands what home owners are looking for. It was great to work with someone who was flexible and worked for us with counteroffers and educated us on the contract. We appreciated her knowledge and ability to get things done quickly. We are happy in our home, but will be calling her again when we want to sell and buy a new home.
