 + -1 moreTerrible, terrible, terrible. Ordered window through him. Found out 4 weeks later when window was supposed to be installed that never got ordered. Said he would order again, and 4 weeks later found out it was never ordered AGAIN!! Terrible responsiveness. Took many texts, calls and voicemails to get a response from him. After realizing it wasn't ordered a second time, we decided to deal directly with Pella.
