Ken was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive to our calls and attentive to all questions we had. Crew worked quickly and did a good job.

They did a poor job. The corners don't match. I had to have them come back out and install things. I had to scrub off the siding to get the dirty hand prints and tobacco juice off. They did a lot of damage to my home and they did a very lazy job with the siding.

"This is a disturbing review. The complaints listed in this review were NEVER brought to the attention of my company. The "hardware store" mentioned is Lowes. We were an installer for them and this job was sold through Lowes. Not only do we guarranty our workmanship but so does Lowes. I have contacted Lowes and they have no record of this complaint (or any other) on my company. My record of service is verifyable through the BBB where Smith's Home Service is an accredited member with a A+ rating. If there is any truth to these complaints it would not be a standard to which we operate and we were never given the opportunity to resolve them. I have personally, yet unsuccessfuly, tried to contact [member name removed] AKA to us as [member name removed]."

I did not particularly like the nails Smith's Home Care Service used. The nails that were on the roof before did not come clear through into the attic like these. I did feel that they were nice and prompt. They put the water guard back up and were careful with them so they wouldn't get damaged.
