Excellent as usual.

INSTALLED KITCHEN FAUCET and FOUND U-PIPE UNDER DRAIN ALMOST PERFORATED. RPLCD METAL U-PIPE W/PVC. (YAY!) OUTSIDE SPIGOT NOT PUT IN TOO NICELY - CUT AWAY SIDING THAT I NOW HAVE TO COVER WITH DUCT TAPE. OTHER THAN THAT,VERY GOOD JOB and GREAT ATTITUDE.

They lost their tool inside our house so they had to come back and left quite a mess in my backyard trying to get it out. They left a big hole in the ground that we are trying to fill with dirt. They were very nice but we felt that their equipment should not have fallen apart inside our house. They did not charge us anything for trying to fix the problem; they just charged us for cleaning the sewer. They were very responsive and did their best to fix it but they just did not fill the hole that they put in. They did put in a new sewer cleanout and did not charge us for it so we appreciate it. We probably will not use them in the future.

Do Good work but not excellent.

The person who scheduled the appointment was courteous and called me back when she said she would. She understood my need to know the appointment enough in advance to schedule time off. They called that morning to say the serviceman was on his way. He arrived promptly and was done in 15 minutes or less. I was afraid that they would say I needed some kind of major repair, so when I only paid the flat service call rate, I felt I had gotten a bargain. I wish I hadn't waited so long to call them.

I referred to Angie's List and found the closest plumber with an "A" rating. An appointment with Reddy Rooter was available for the next morning. The plumber, Neil, showed up within the scheduled time frame, went to work immediately, and quickly cleared the sewer line in the basement. He used our garden hose in the process which was perfectly acceptable, except that after clean up he did not return the hose to its original location, but without thinking threw it into a nearby border of fragile flowers and broke quite a few of them; Neil did not apologize for or offer to rectify the damage when brought to his attention. I was not happy about that, but then what do you expect from a plumber. He did his work well, but his his attitude toward his customers and his manners need improvement!

He was on time, and polite, and wasted no time getting to the problem and getting it taken care of. He was probably here a total of 20 min. Very nice young man, and I would definitely call him again.

My husband dug out the line himself before they arrived. That saved time and money. My husband got phone estimates from several companies before choosing Reddy Rooter. They were very good and charged us less than the larger companies charge. They have offices located north, south and west in Oklahoma City, which helped in providing us quick service.

I contacted Mr. Don Allen to repair a Slab Leak for me. He told me when he would be here and he was right on time. When he arrived he was very friendly and professional and immediately began work on the slab leak . Less than 2 hours latter he was finished. The concrete slab was patched and the area cleaned up. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. Some slab leaks he can repair without going through the floor.

Reddy returned our call quickly and scheduled a time to unclog the drains. The drains stopped up on a Saturday morning before Thanksgiving week. Reddy was the second company we called and most willing to solve our drain problem. Paul came out the next day (Sunday) and took care of the problem in a VERY helpful and friendly manner.

Reddy Rooter did an excellent job. I have been using them for about 5-6 years. I have always been satisfied with their work and prices. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

Reddy Rooter came out quickly and did a nice job. They did not break anything and had the problem fixed in no time. The only thing I would say is that the price was high for the time they spent. Otherwise I would recommend them.
