Miller Roofing and Construction

The hail storm occurred on May 29, 2012.  I returned home on June 1, 2012.  Jacob and Ryan Miller (MIller Roofing) stopped at my residence that morning.  They inspected the roof and used tarp to cover areas that could have leaked.  They walked me through the process and assured me that they would meet with the insurance agent and handle everything.  I called my insurance and scheduled for their adjuster to come out on June 15.  Jacob arrived early on that day and meet with the adjuster.  He discussed the areas of concern and my roof was "totaled out."  I received the check from my insurance and Jacob contacted me to schedule the repairs. 
The roof was repaired on June 27, 2012.  His crew arrived early (7 am) and worked until 1:30pm.  They went to lunch and returned and the roof repair (including vents and caps) was completed around 3:30 pm.  Jacob was on-site throughout the day and was available to answer any questions I had. 
On July 5, 2012, another of his crew's (DA&G Seamless Guttering) arrived to replace the gutters.  I originally had gutters on the south and east side of the house.  I asked him to provide a price (which was very reasonable) to add new gutters to the north and west side of the house also.  His crew arrived about 10am and worked until 2:30pm (approximately).  Jacob and his father (Pete), came out on July 6 to see the final gutter work and install one storm window (which was damaged in the storm).  They also color-matched the vents on the roof.
The overall experience was smooth and hassle-free.  Miller roofing and construction took really good care of me.  The roof and gutters look amazing.
