I was replacing my french doors because I could not incorporate a doggie door. The team in the store told me the installer would not install the doggie door, but when the man came out to do the estimate, he told me that he would do it anyway. I know he wasn't required to, and that Lowes doesn't offer that service, but he went above and beyond. It only took him a few extra minutes, but saved me a big hassle. The only headaches I encountered were in the store. I had to wait an hour just to talk to someone the first time I went to the store. They had problems ordering the door, ended up ordering the wrong one, and ended up having to give my credit card number over the phone (which I don't like doing) to them in order to save me a trip to the store to fix their mistake. Overall, I got a quality installation at a good price. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Lowes did a wonderful job. They were amazing. I thought they were very helpful in picking out the door as well as installing it. I don't have any problems with them.
