With the extreme cold this weekend, our condensation line froze and caused our heater to stop running. We called Lyndon on a Sunday afternoon worrying not only about weekend pricing, but also the ability to get someone out the same day with these low temps. Not only did he quote us a very reasonable price, but he had Jason out within 30 minutes! Lyndon was very nice and reassuring on the phone, I never once felt as if I was intruding on personal time as I have with some other companies after hours. After giving my cell number to him, I received a text giving me a confirmation that someone was on their way to me, followed by a call from the Tech Jason. The app they use, would also allow you to see their route on a map so that you can see how close they are to you. Once here, Jason was great. He was very polite and again reassuring that they would get our heater back on shortly. After he was able to look and quickly see the problem he let me know that because of the issue we had, he had called Lyndon to come out and help get it resolved. While we waited for him to come (15 minutes), Jason utilized the time prepping the line that needed attention. Lyndon again was super nice and between the two of them, got us up and running again within an hour. When they left, the app they use emailed and texted me with my invoice. When I need service again, I have the ability to schedule them on the app. I will definitely be calling on them again for any maintenance and service needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We just purchased a new house, and the old furnace was over twenty years old with a bad control board.  Similarly, the air conditioner was working but was on its way out.  Former owners had done some of their own work on the vents in the past, so we also needed a company to clean up that mess and bring things up to code.
I met with six different, top rated companies to get quotes.  Two of the companies took down notes and spent some time examining the flue pipes and ducting throughout the house but never got back to me with quotes (and never returned my calls regarding why?).  The remaining four companies, including Hardin's Heating & Cooling, submitted quotes with their recommendations for the new system.  When meeting with Lyndon Hardin, it was apparent that he had an excellent understanding of heating and cooling systems, and he asked quite a few questions about my family's comfort preferences before customizing a system to meet our needs.  He quickly provided multiple quotes with features listed to show us the different options between brands, and we decided to go with a Bryant high efficiency furnace and AC, as we had really liked its performance in past houses.  Compared to the other bids, Hardin's was extremely competitive.  One of the other four bids was lower.  However, Lyndon's knowledge was far beyond the owner of the company that had provided a lower bid, and I knew I would get professional (and safe!) results by going with Hardin's.
After awarding the contract to them, Lyndon and his crew were able to quickly fit us into their schedule, and they did an outstanding job with the install.  Our house poses challenges to anyone that comes in to do work, and as predicted, this project had its share of surprises and obstacles.  However, Lyndon led his guys through all of them and never lost his smile in the process!  My wife and I asked him to install a larger air filtration system and humidifier, and even though the mechanical closet was extremely small, he was able to find a way to get both of those upgrades installed.  The inspector came out to approve the work and praised the quality of the installation.
Throughout the process, I was impressed with how easy it was to get in touch with Lyndon for answers to any questions I had.  When he didn't immediately have the answer, he would call back with the info within an hour or two.  Having worked with hundreds of contractors over the years, I know that great communication is a rarity!  I would definitely rank Lyndon as one of the best I've worked with.  As a result of the hard work and dedication shown by Lyndon and his crew, we now have a more comfortable and healthier home.  We have also enjoyed the lower utility bills already in the last few months!  I would highly recommend Hardin's Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for quality work, clear and honest communication, and a competitive price!

Hardin's were very professional, punctual, applied common sense and took the time to look at the overall project and the needs for the house. They did a very clean job, paying attention to detail!! Excellent job and great to work with. Monies well spent and got it all done in short-order, prior to the Holiday. They are worth a call.

Lyndon identified the problem quickly. It was a bad connection in the thermostat on the wall. He repaired it and even checked the coolant level for us as well. He only charged a service call charge. He was honest and very professional. We will be using Hardin's again whenever we have any Heating/Cooling problems.

.He was the one who came and saved the day for my heating and air. He was so professional, so passionate about his work, he knew his stuff, but he just wasn't familiar with the rue system that is in my house, but he went back and took the manuals, studied on it, came back and knocked out in two days what the other guys couldn't do in six months. This was just to finish up the job and I'm sure his prices were basically for the material. He was really great. If I could give him A+'s I would.

Lyndon came out to our house before the big storm and repaired our heater. He was prompt and our heater worked nice before the strom hit. Lyndon has done alot of work for me in the past, he is prompt, persoanable, and always on time, very dependable!
