Scheduled same day as my call. Arrived when promised and were able to diagnose and repair the door quickly. Price of 75 seemed reasonable for the service call and a little less than an hour of work. I've been gouged by others before, but will be calling Garage Door Systems from now on.

They replaced the broken spring and after 2 days the door would not close every time without hitting the close switch a few times. Called them, they came right out and had to adjust the sensitivity of the garage door closer. Been working just fine since.

They were able to come same day only 1 1/2 hrs. After we called them went right to work has it fixed in less than 30 minutes. I would use them again.

Since I am relatively new to the Yukon area, all service providers are a roll of the dice to see what you get.  Some of that experience has been expensive when the provider wants to tell me how wonderful his work is and why that should cost me half of my retirement.  I have discovered the gemstones (right price, great service, efficient and best of all VERY PROFESSIONAL).  This company is definitely a GEMSTONE! The owner was the service provider.  He was at my house within one hour of the phone call, had all of the work done within one hour and the cost was totally wihin my budget and internet research.  The Service call was $75 and each spring cost $65.  He showed me how to do preventive maintenance and suggested products.

I can not say enough good about this company. The doors were making a horrible squeal when operated even though they are only three years old. The sound was so loud II was concerned about our safety. When I called the company the lady who answered said they were doing some work near us and would radio the crew to see when they could be available. The answer was within two hours. About and hour and a half later two men arrived and introduced themselves. They went immediately to work and determined that the door hangers were out of alignment and adjusted them to the proper width. They tested the door several times to make sure all was working as it should. What a difference!! The doors moved quietly up and down and without that binding squeal. They also lubricated all the wheels and hinges and checked the safety lights. The men saw that I had a second garage door and asked if I would like them to check it also. I said yes. They found it not to require any adjustment but lubricated it also. My total charge was the 75 dollars I was told was their minimum fee for a service call which I found very reasonable considering how quickly they came and well they repaired the problem. I will definitely use them again if any problem occurs in they future.

Our garage door spring broke with our cars in the garage. Called this company and within a hour spring was repaired and we were up and running again. This happened after hours and they came any way.

I have to say, I placed a call to their office and within 20-30 minutes I received a callback to set up services. They were not able to come out that day but were able to get out the very next day to fix the issue. They made payment very easy as that week I was at a the Big 12 Baseball tournament and was able to provide payment over the phone which was very helpful. I highly recommend this company.

I called a couple of different garage door companies first.  Either they could not make it out today or they did not return my call.  Garage Door Systems came out the same day and repaired my garage door quickly. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Two or three days after the work was performed, the door messed up again and came off the rails.  I called the office and the lady who answered the phone was wonderful when handling my call.  She got the same technician out to see what had happened.  It seems the garage door was opening up too far back on the rails which caused the problem.  This was fixed, (at no additional charge to me) and all has been working great since!!!  I truly like these people and will call them when I need a new garage door opener.

The work went quickly and efficiently.  Love the convenience and quality of the work.
