I'd say it went very well. They were recommended to us by another tradesman we were using.

After the hailstorm of 2010, our Oak tree was showing signs of stress and we feared it would not survive the winter. That winter, we experienced the heavy snow storm of February 2011. The tree had few leaves and dying branches and barely made it thru the summer drought and 100+ degree days. In the spring of 2011, we called another Arborist and after spending nearly $800, the tree looked no better than before and the Arborist said he'd done all he could. He admitted he did NOT know what was wrong and suggested WE go to the county extension office at OU.Late last summer, DK Tree and Shrub was in our neighborhood and he stopped by soliciting business. Since we'd had such a bad experience with the prior arborist, we thought we'd try him. It is now almost one year later and the tree looks awesome!! DK is reasonable and truly knows what he is doing. We highly recommend him.
