was busy time of holiday --  came out within a couple of hours  ---  cleared line in 15min.---- all is now running!

A previous plumber had looked over the unit and said it needed to be replaced. He wasn't able to do it, because it required lifting, which he couldn't do due to a bad shoulder. He recommended Cyrus Wright Plumbing.
The two men from Cyrus Wright Plumbing were prompt and efficient. They checked out the water heater and agreed it needed replacing due to bad corrosion. Then, they left and picked up a new unit returning rather quickly. I can't recall the exact amount of time it took from start to finish, but I am pretty sure it was under an hour and a half--probably closer to an hour.
On the price ratings, I gave them a B, because I couldn't understand their bill. It wasn't broken down so that I could see the cost of the unit and the cost of the labor separately. I didn't really notice how the bill was written, until after they left, so I have no idea if the cost was fair or not. Corrosive well water had been going through the old one for 12 yrs, and, with my new water filter, I wanted a new unit, so I was going to pay no matter what. Obviously, I should have just called for clarification, but I never did.
All in all, it was a good experience, and I am pleased with the outcome. They put all their energy into the job at hand and were very pleasant to deal with. I would certainly recommend them.

Responded next day with service call. Very friendly and professional. Cyrus Wright and his son have been providing service to us since the mid-90's and have been consistently reliable and reasonably priced through the years. Very highly recommended.

They came out most anytime of the day or night and get the things taken care off the same day I told them. They know what to do and they tell me when they're coming out and they make it out here on that time. They alwayas get me in on the same day. They're really flexible on what I need.

When we called them to make an appointment they make one within the week. They are very professional and courteous. He called on service day to confirm and notify on the way. Did the job in a timely manner and the cost was exactly as quoted.

Was within 10min. of appointment time, didnt have to wait half a day like some make you do. two man team got the job done very well, cleaned drain from 2 different entries, double checked to make sure it was clear, put things back in place, and did not leave a mess. When I asked, they gave advice on how to prevent clogs, and how to prolong the life of the drain pipe that is about 30 yr old now. they did not try to sell me an expensive bottle of enzymes like several others did. (I bought one - tried it- didnt help). Cyrus knows his job. I have had to have this done many times before by different companies, paid $125. - $175. each time. Cyrus saved me $80! These guys are great. They are very responsive, professional, and have great integrity. The quality of their work is excellent and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had new countertops installed in our kitchen. A new sink came with them, so we decided to replace the faucet also. Our regular plumber was on vacation during this time, but recommended Wright Plumbing for the job. Sonny and Larry showed up on Saturday and even came 45 minutes early. The job was finished on time with mess cleaned up. We're really pleased with the pinch hitting plumbers we got. We recommend them to everyone.

You cannot find any better, as far as I am concerned. I have used Cyrus Wright Plumbing for years, first when he was an electrician and now as a plumber. He does good work and he is not going to hold me up for money. He is a good, honest man.

I am a general contractor, I believe that Cyrus Wright Plumbing may be a good company. We simply had some personality conflicts that we weren't able to overcome.
