        After researching several lifting, pier and concrete companies and after speaking to a professional Structural Engineer, I contacted Crown Foundation & Concrete Lifting, Inc., phone: 405-721-5155, crown @ icnet.net  .  I spoke with Gary Thornton, owner at Crown,  and established an appointment to  evaluate the problems with cracks throughout the structure of my home.  Mr. Thornton came out promptly to my house and after a complete assessment and review of the problems, Mr. Thornton explained the pier lifting techniques and the procedures used to repair the problems. As this type of work can be very expensive, I was very pleased that Mr. Thornton's  estimate was what I considered a fair and reasonable price. A contract was drawn up and an agreed date to start the work was set. 

        The crew of six arrived timely on the scheduled date and started working promptly.  The workers  were very professional, polite, friendly and courteous.  Not long after the crew started working, Mr. Gary Thornton, owner, arrived to check on the crew and to talk to me about the process which I thought was a very nice touch. Eight piers were required and the procedure was completed within 8 hours.  The crew appeared very skilled and worked very diligently to make sure the home was lifted, leveled and repaired precisely to specifications. After the work was completed, the team cleaned up the work area and one would be hard pressed to determine the location where the work had been done. I was very pleased with the final results. Needless to say, initially I was very anxious and concerned about the process and outcome of the lifting procedure as I had heard many horror stories on companies that did poor work.This was a very positive experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend Crown Foundation & Concrete Lifting, Inc. to anyone needing this type of work done to their property.

I had significant washout under my driveway. I was advised by another concrete contractor that having Concrete Raising pump concrete slurry into the voids was a more cost effective alternative then digging up the driveway. Although I thought the cost was a little high at first, other estimates ranged in the $15000.00 area to put in a new drive. I first checked Angie's list and Concrete Raising  had a very good rating. I called for an appointment, the representative was on time and courteous.  Their clean up after the job was remarkable. I received a two year written guarantee I would definitely use them again if I had a need.
