Everything went well, they came out and measured and give me the price quote 2 weeks before. The installment was very efficient, they were finished in less than an hour. Now I need to clean all my windows so they will look as nice as the new one !!!!

Very nice and professional. They set up an appointment to come to my home and called when they were on their way. Fixed the window in a timely manner and cleaned away the broken glass. I was given a 15% discount for being an Angie's List member. The only issue I had was that the first time I called, it was early in the day and I was told I would receive a call back later that morning to set up an appointment, but by the end of the day I hadn't heard back, so I called again. The person I talked to the second time was very apologetic and unaware that I had called earlier to set up an appointment. I believe this was an isolated incident.

They did an excellent job, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy.
They came and looked at all windows, gave me an estimate on the repair of all screens and then scheduled a new date/time for install. I also had them measure for a glass table top insert (custom) for my coffee table that I have had my entire life. Its an heirloom piece and I was very concerned about the care of it. They were very careful during the install and even came out a second time to ensure the custom fit was perfect!

Outstanding. Brenda fielded my frantic call w/ calm and reassurance. Replacement was done w/in an hour the call. Quick, efficient work. Cleanup. Professional quality at reasonable price given the very short term notice. They will be doing all of our windows in the future.

4A Glass was called as I was trying to find somebody to replace a large safety glass window at my kid's day care facility after he got a little adventurous throwing a baseball. After calling about ten companies and everybody quoting four to eight weeks, 4A Glass offered to have somebody come out and measure almost immediately. They expressed their concern for the kid's safety and offered to squeeze this job in as soon as they could (estimating one to two weeks).
Six calendar days after they measured, they were out replacing the window. The crew was very clean, professional, and very respectful. The repair job was done very quickly. Brenda and Renee were great to work with in having this billed to my credit card. 4A is a five-star outfit! I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I have a glass issue, they will be the first ones I call!
