He was able to remove and repair and modify problem part

UNABLE TO FIX R/T BOARD. ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS THAT HE DIDNT PROVIDE AN INVOICE OR RECEIPT. I ALSO ASKED HIM TO WORK ON ANOTHER APPLIANCE AT ANOTHER LOCATION AND HE NEVER CAME BY.

Billy did a great job and was so nice.

It went great! Billy was very nice and friendly. he knew what he was doing and got the work done quickly. He was great at returning phone calls and answering all questions asked of him. Would definitely use him again!

He is really good. I looked at new ones and I thought it was going to cost me $1000 for new one, like the one I wanted but it cost me a $125 for what he did to fix it and it runs just fine. He is very friendly. He was here within two to three hours from when I called him. He just blends in like he is family and listens to exactly what you are talking about and he is just really nice. I think if anybody needs their washer or dryer worked on, they should give him a call. He is real reasonable and I just loved him, he was just so nice and everything. He did not come in and act like you are stupid because you don't know what is wrong with your washer and I was trying to explain the noise to him and he was just listening and said, it is either this or this. He got in there and it turned out it was one of the things he said it was and he showed me what was wrong, showed me the piece, fixed it and it worked just fine. He is a really great guy.

The heating element went out over the weekend. I called him at aprox. 0800. He returned my call. I was going to set up an early appointment later in the week. He said he could be at my house by 0930 and finished no later than 1030. We have a front end washer that he helped us with (mold problems) also.

He was very good. I would use him again in the future.

One negative- he charges for extended service calls if it is in the Oklahoma City area. He did offer a military discount. He is very professional and knowledgable. He did have to make two trips to get the original problem fixed. Unfortunately, something else broke shortly after the fix, and I did have to purchase a new washer/dryer. He was proactive in attempts to keep me from wasting money on the job and I was very appreciative of that. I don't think that I would use him in the future due to the distance he had to travel for the service call. He does great work and if he was closer I would definitely use him! He is a great technician and very honest.

We've used him a few times. He's very nice and prompt. You can't ask for anyone better.
