They were very responsive. Jeff came out and gave me an estimate shortly after I called. He was very reasonable on the estimate and said the crew would be out Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. The crew got there on time, knew what they were doing, was nice enough to answer all my questions, and had completed the work as professionals. I will definitely use them again and suggest them to my friends and family.

Did efficient, quality work without trying to sell repairs I didn't need. Highly recommend!

It went great!  The electricians were punctual, helpful, and cleaned up after themselves.  He even took the time to give me advice on several do-it-myself projects!

They did a great job. They were timely and did the work they said they would, for the price they said the would do for.

Jeff was always responsive to all communications (text and phone).  I particularity liked the fact that he was available via text.  He and his crew were always professional.  When there was an issue, Jeff always made sure it was corrected quickly.  They handled all items from city permits to final inspection.  All I had to do was contact OG&E about establishing an account and turning on of the power.  I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Very prompt service and the technician was courteous and professional.

We've used this company in the past for a variety of electrical needs and they are reliable and do quality work.

The 2 workmen arrived on time.  The outdoor lights were to be installed on our outside deck.  The interior wall needed to be fished in order to install the indoor switch.  This took some time, but they managed to complete the job.  They cleaned up when they were through.  Same for our bedroom closet where the balast was replaced.
We had used this company before and found them to be higher priced than other electricians.  We later called a 'cheaper' company to install the outdoor recepticle, but when it failed, we called Big B Wolf.  We had to pay all over again to replace the recepticle, but that's ok.  Big B Wolf is not the cheapest in town.  We've been there, done that!  And, believe me, you really do get what you pay for.  We would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Jeff returned my phone call promptly and arrived on time for our appointment. He worked thoroughly and quickly and explained to me what he was doing. He even noticed that the ivory switch in the bedroom did not match the trim which was white and put in a new white switch. I would definitely call him again for a larger job.
