We offer 5 to 7 step programs. We are a small business with two full time employees. Good customer service is our main priority! For your convenience an invoice is left for you along with an envelope to mail your payment in. We take credit cards and offer a 10% discount for paying upfront for the season.

"The customer signed up for our service the last week of February. Her first application was applied that next week with second application applied six weeks later which is on time for the service program she signed up for. The customer was with us for approximately two months canceling service on May 9, 2012. Repeating treatments is not factual information. We touched up yard one time per customers request which is free and part of her service program. The Basic/Deluxe programs include free service calls. A yard that has mature weeds starting off with service will not have a totally weed free yard in two treatments, that is unrealistic expectations. The conversation I had with the customer did not lead me to believe she was upset with our service. I was told she wanted to use a bigger company that she wouldn't be "bugging" all the time. I explained to her that it was going to take a partial season to get control of all of her weeds and that we had no problem taking care of her requests. The conversation was pleasant and we parted on good terms. I expect honesty from our customers and good communication. If I happen to be out of the office when a customer calls, the call is returned within the hour. As for the customer bill, all customers are notified on their statement that if payment is not received within 30 days a 2.5% interest rate will be charged. The customer canceled her service on May 9th, 2012. The payment for the last service was not received until August 2, 2012 after a statement was sent to customer. We are a small company and we take pride in our work. All business owners know that you cannot make everybody happy."
