Called Jo, he was extremely helpful and kind. He communicated honestly and efficently. Great helpful team. He also helped us to know what we could do in the future if something like that occurs again.

This was a very rewarding experience with this company. All of the positive words that can be thought up can apply to All Around Plumbing when rating this company. They were prompt in getting back with me and very professional. The work was good and the cost reasonable. They came out the same day as called. I will certainly use and recommend this company in the future.

They are a bit expensive, however - when you take into consideration that we are two retired women, who basically know nothing about plumbing - they could easily have just told us it could not be removed and gone ahead and come in from the back wall and charged us much, much more! I believe this provides a very powerful motivation to use their plumbing services.

They scheduled a visit within two days of our phonecall, arrived on time, installed the new garbage disposal and cleaned up after themselves. We paid them and they left. Overall good experience.

Joe went an bought a new tank and parts to increse the length of the water lines, a shut off valve on the inbound line and something to raise the tak to 18" off the garage floor to meet code. He finished the work (total time, 2 1/4 hours) gave me a bill for $925.00 (the tank cost $315) so I paid him $244 per hour to do the work) Total parts were less than $30.00. I discovered, the nest day, he put the cut-off valve on the hot water line not the in-bound cold water line. So now all I can do is shut off the hot water to my house. Called him and he yelled at me saying my house is plumbed wrong and he won't fix it unless I pay him again.
