Got their winter special and with ONG's generous rebates, I feel like I got a great deal. They showed up right on time and completed the install in one day. They cleaned up after themselves better that the area was before. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism. I was not charged for the job until I was completely satisfied! I would recommend them to both friends and relatives without hesitation!!! Thanks Scott and AFT.......

They responded very promptly. Answered my questions and gave me multiple options. They even provided a small indoor unit while waiting for the unit I had ordered.

They're very reliable and have very reasonable prices. When I called them about the situation, they came out right away and took care of the problem! I actually thought they were going to charge me so much more than they actually did, so for that, I am very thrilled! I think I'll stick with him.

They sent a very experienced professional to do the work. It was a little pricey for the work they did, but they did a really good job.

Air Flow was the low bid, as well as spec'd the correct size system (in my opinion) where others bid over sized equip and another bid undersized equip. They installed the equipment when they said they would, and in a timely and workman-like manner. I have had to call them back out once and it turned out to be something minor, but even thou they had been paid in full for quite a while they responded quickly and at no additional charge. I initially used them based on reviews from here, but I would certainly use them again.

Most recently my blower would kick on after the heat ran for 60 seconds so my home was heating but the HVAC system was only running one minute at a time. Air Flow responded quickly, did trouble shooting, replaced parts one by one til they found the defective part. Did a great job as usual.

Scott and his crew worked about nine hours the first day and returned the next day to finish and clean up. They installed new and larger ducts where they were needed to make our house uniformly cool in all of the rooms and then tightened existing duck work where it was needed. Their work was completed professionally and without any interruption of our daily routine. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I thought something was hissing in the furnace, and Scott drove all the way across town to check it out. He didn't charge me anything. He does excellent work, above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely will continue with him.

THEY HAD TO COME BACK ONE TIME TO REPLACE A BELT ON THE AIR CONDITIONER, BUT THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT IN GETTING THE WORK DONE RIGHT AWAY. THEY CAME RIGHT BACK OUT AS SOON AS I LET THEM KNOW THERE WAS A PROBLEM.
