They got back to me within the day with how much it would cost to repair it. He told me I would be better off buying a replacement over fixing the 4 year old one. There was a charge for them to look at it and he asked me if I needed anything off of the disc. He gave me all of the files and I was pleased. There is a minimum charge for them to look at it and tell you what they need to do. They apply the minimum charge to the price it costs to fix it. They did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need.

My husband had a specific computer built for a specific program, and it did not work. He was in and out a few times, and they were responsive. They assured that they could make the specific program work, but they could not make it work even after having the computer for a couple of months. They did not offer compensation or anything. We weren’t really pleased with their service. It was a unique situation, so we could not compare prices. They had been to our house once before and worked on our computer, and they had done a nice job actually.

initially I was quite upset as they had my computer for over a month, but once I contacted Kurt, the owner my computer was soon returned and set up as it was when taken in for data recovery. Kurt further waived all fees other than the cost of software as I had to go so long without the computer. In the end, I was very very satisfied and impressed that this business owner was so professional and ethical... very rare quality these days.

I was very happy with Affinity Computer Masters. They did a great job explaining the problem, and fixed the computer quickly. I also appreciated how they gave us tips on maintaining our P.C. I'd recommend them.
