It is clean and very serviceable for RV owners. They offer large size units for large trailers and motor homes. They also have some pull through storage units. They have an area where you can fill up your water tank, dump your gray and black tanks, and air for your tires. However, I did have a problem trying to get the air hose to work. Overall this is a very secure location and the owner is very willing to help you anyway he can. They have good security and can monitor activity by computer. I would highly recommend this storage facility. He is already expanding his facility. Prices are comparable to other facilities of this type.

Outstanding. I found Aaspen on a google search for a West Oklahoma City boat and RV storage place. His website was far more professional and informative than his competition, so I called him up to check it out. His prices were very reasonable for the size of units he was offering. Aaspen doesn't keep regular office hours to allow the owner flexibility in meeting people after hours. He immediately offered to meet with me after I got off work, and then agreed to reschedule when my schedule changed. The pride the owner has in his facility is immediately apparent and infectious. It sounds strange to go on and on about a storage facility, but this thing is easily the nicest one I've ever set foot on. He's got 65 foot driveways in order to get your trailer parked, and every garage is concrete. Everything that isn't concrete is paved. Everyone gets a UNIQUE passcode to get in the gate (the gate has a car-height and RV-height keypad), and that passcode provides 24 hr gate access and disarms the alarm to your specific unit only. The owner has a military and computer science background, and the high-tech features and precision of the place reflect that perfectly. I cannot recommend this place highly enough--it was one of those small businesses that you leave with a bit of the excitement and enthusiasm that the owner displays. Unfortunately, my experience is only a first impression. It could not be any better, and I immediately signed a 6-month agreement. I can't review how well Aaspen responds to the requests and needs of existing customers, but I have every reason to think it will be with the highest business standards. The owner went to great lengths to make sure that he can answer any security or customer service problems within minutes, and I believe he will, I just haven't had a chance to experience that. Check out his website to see the features of his facility, and believe every word of it--I didn't see anything to question, and I'm a pessimist.
