They arrived on time. Worked hard. Was polite. Chemicals sprayed out between the nozzle and hose very rapidly saturating our rugs, mats, porches, garage, and yard. The mess left behind was horrible. There was packed mud all over our rugs and mats. There was a layer of mud on the porches and garage that was streaked because of an attempt to sweep it. Mud was up on our white garage walls (will need to be painted now) where muddy hands or body got up against it. The trenches were haphazardly covered up by pushing dirt into the trench by a foot (verified that with the exterminator). This left piles of dirt here and there and nothing was leveled out like it should have been with a rake. Things were not put back where they should have been and were left where our garage was not accessible to place our cars in it. It took over 4 hours to take everything out of the garage, power wash everything to clean up the mud from everywhere and place things back where they go. We will also have to spend time leveling out the dirt in the trenches and time and expense in painting our garage. We were also told that a hole would be drilled every three bricks, but holes were drilled every 8 inches. Hopefully our termite problem was taken care of, but we had a lot of cleanup afterwards.

Interstate Exterminators did a great job! They very thorough and did a great job explaining everything they found and what needed to happen to correct the problem. The project took a few days to complete but, their team worked late each day to make sure the job was done in a timely manner. They were very polite and considerate. I will use them again and will highly recommend them to others.
