The installation took about 5 hours total including the electrical and plumbing. The crew was polite and professional. They were more than willing to answer questions when I had them. It was a good experience. I called 4 different contractors. One estimate I got was $12,000 plus tax. The others I called wouldn't return my phone calls, or called several days after I hired Houston. Go figure.  When I called Houston,  he returned my call right away. He came out the next day and gave me an estimate, and I hired him two days later.
