Super pleasent communication and very clean work area upfront with price of repairs needed I will definitly use them for my cleaning and future repairs.

Went well for 10 years. Quality of work went down the 11th year. Called and informed if service was as poor as previous year I would find another company. Which I did.

The weekly pool maintenance was always okay for the years that I used this provider; the crews that would come really didn't watch on closing the gate, dinging furniture or other decor outside, or follow OKC draining requirements; but I figured I was kinda getting what I paid for. The major fix I needed this year took forever to get completed, and I was charged for weekly maintenance even though the pool was "down" for the repair to happen. The part that just gets my goat is how rude the owner's wife was to me over the phone. I was having trouble getting the money together to pay the bill when it came in at the highest side of the estimate after I was told it "has never gone that high, it's normally under $1,000." I wrote a note with a check for monthly service explaining the issue as getting them on the phone was never easy (text ended up being their go to communication method). I was screamed at, called a name, and hung up on. Needless to say, I figured out how to get them paid ASAP; I'll never go back. The only reason I'm not giving them an F is that some of the furstration factor was my fault for not continually trying to get ahold of them.

it went pretty good overall, you are dealin with workmen who know what they are d***, however they don't really care about  your flower beds or your Stuff, so you need to be aware that they don't mean to pour a bucket of cement  on your hydrange bush they just don't know what  a garden is BUT , Mr.Teague will take care of what the  crew messes up. overall a very good experience
