There are a few things that are extremely important to me when working with any company and those things are: Communication Professionalism Efficiency Integrity And quality I have to say that Ronnie Davis and all the guys at Diamond Gutter Company matched and exceeded everyone of those expectations. Mr. Davis communicated with me every step of the way and returned all my calls and texts in a timely manner and was always polite and respectful. He scheduled my gutter install quickly and his team showed up on time and ready to work. They were quick and quiet and cleaned up everything. I did have a slight issue with one of my downspouts not draining properly close to a year after my install, I reached out to Mr. Davis and he quickly sent his crew out to take a look at it, thankfully it wasn’t a big deal and they were able to have it working in no time! I was nervous about this as I know nothing about home construction but they made me feel safe and secure and confident in my home repair! I will recommend them to all my friends and family!
