Description of Work: I have spent almost three hours typing & retyping & again two more times only to have this area stick & not move & not allow me to move the lines so i could return to where i left off & try to finish. I'm not going to do it again, but because the experience was SO BLOODY AWFUL i would love dearly to write the entire story of everything that happened & maybe your techs can find a way to "copy/paste" it into the comments. its ironic that im suppose to give a commentary here about what happened but your program is defective itself so that i CANT give you my story. believe me please. i have a story to tell & anyone contemplating using Rick Spain's contracting service or letting his remodeling crew in your home, you need to contact me. if its his roofing service, we had NO PROBLEM with that at all outside the fact that they arrived to my house an hour late & not the least bit concerned about it. when i finally was able to get rick to return my texts that morning, he couldnt even offer an apology he just said he had forgotten to call me & let me know the time had been changed. roof looks great.

 + 0 moreI call Rick for any remodeling or construction work. I have been using their service for the past two years. If I have a problem and call them they will come out immediately. They do excellent work. Everyone in my neighborhood uses them and we have all been very pleased.
Description of Work: They put a new roof on the house. They also put a new attic door in and did some interior remodeling.
