They're very nice, very friendly and very caring. When I called even if they didn't know me and I mentioned my cat's name; they knew exactly who I was talking about based on the animals.

My 9 year old dog suddenly started having seizures and had a severe limp on her right hind leg. The vet was able to get me in right away. I dropped her off in the morning and she stayed there all day. When I came to get her and hear his findings, the Dr. was too quick to dismiss the issue. He called a limp in the leg arthritis and sent her home with some seizure meds. I took her for a second opinion and learned that she had a brain tumor that has spread to her lungs and bones, which caused her to limp. I don't like when a vet or a doctor doesn't spend quality time with you and seems like he's rushing you out the front door. I like the vet as a person but would NOT recommend taking a sick animal to him.
