I am a renter & my lawn was horrible when I moved in ! I had those nasty little purple flowers and weeds everywhere !
Spring-Green came and took care of all that ! Jeff Anderson called me back quickly & gave me my options. I love it that they call ahead & tell me when they will be coming. His staff is very efficient & friendly !
I highly recommend Jeff Anderson with Spring-Green 580-758-1800

"I appreciate [member name removed] concerns. The last time [member name removed] was our customer was in 2012. The government took MSMA off the market for residential applications which was inexpensive and worked great on goosegrass and crabgrass. She did not have crabgrass. She had goosegrass which is called silver crabgrass because of the white center versus purple center of crabgrass. Goosegrass is a very frustrating weed and is very hard to kill. At the time, 2012 and prior, there was no chemical that was killing goosegrass. We were trying to kill it with Revolver, which is a very expensive chemical, but it was not killing it even when we tried spotting it in the spring and fall. So we stopped attempting to kill it because nothing worked and we didn't want to represent that we could kill it when we couldn't. This was communicated to her. [member name removed] never asked for a refund or else I would have gladly given a refund for the pre-emergent visit, which is the visit that is responsible for stopping goosegrass. In reality no pre-emergent stops goosegrass 100% except Specticle, which we are using this season of 2015. Specticle is also extremely expensive. Specticle comes really close to complete control on goosegrass. Now, since 2013 or 2014 they came out with a newer post-emergent chemical called Tribute Total (also extremely expensive) which is actually killing goosegrass after two hits anytime in the season which is great. We started using it in the summer of 2014 with great success. So we continue to do free service calls for our preferred program customers and use Tribute Total to spot grassy weeds for free for our preferred program customers. Out of the three years [member name removed] was our customer (2010-2012) she never received all 7 visits of the preferred program, some of which were important pre-emergent visits in the spring and fall that help control grassyweeds like goosegrass. We do not remember an issue with burning her grass so I can't speak to that issue. I stand behind our full guarantee with our preferred program customers. The goosegrass situation was a reflection of a lapse in good options for chemical control of the weed and had we have used round-up to spot the goosegrass, that would have left a bigger problem due to unsightly burn holes for the rest of the season and dead grass."
